New rocker gasket and alloy half moon this morning , should slow down the tide of oil running down the back of the engine 😀
Also had a quick look at the timing belt while it was apart and was pleasantly surprised to find them in excellent condition even though they have been on 5 years

The truck developed a misfire on cold startup with heaps of smoke , one bottle of injector cleaner and a 20 mile run and problem solved , assuming it was a sticking injector after not being used much 😀 Happy bunny it was a cheep fix

I used archoil in it , I haven't run veg for about a year . Think the main problem is it only does short runs now of a couple of miles and once a month to the track

Checked oil , water etc and cleaned out the rubbish from under the seats , left it running for half an hour and discovered a water leak from the top hose when it got up to temperature, no over-pressuring or bubbles so put it down to a crappy seal on the temp sender I cut into the hose .
All sorted now 😀
