I managed to acquire some brackets today to cut up for making winch tray mounts , a couple more bits to get and then out with the angle grinder , drill And tape measure 😀

took the van in for its recall on 29th I have literally driven well under than 100 miles since then and now have a big oil leak it may be a coincidence that it just so happens to be after using the van twice since the recall but as it had a mot done on the 20th december with no fail or notes for an oil leak seems to limit where things could have gone wrong

I made a start on the roof mounted switch panel , still got to squeeze in the USB socket and one more switch yet . The plan is to use it for the auxiliary lights I plan to fit 😀

Did a bit more to my roof switch panel , crammed in one more switch and a double USB as well . Job for the weekend is to get it mounted to the headliner and route a crap load of wiring up the A pillar for it 😀

Fitted new free wheeling actuator solenoids and a brand new second hand vacuum tank.
Also finished renewing the vacuum pipes, all done and nothing went wrong,,,result.

Relay box is now wired up , next job is mounting switch panel to the headlining and running all the wires to the engine bay to where the relay box will be mounted

Today I have mostly been chopping up my rear end ready for a tube rear bumper...

Well tonight I've fixed a leaking boost pipe from the turbo. Put back on a heater hose I forgot to tighten up last time. Then re filled 6l of water back in the system. A few teething problems

Finally got the switch panel mounted to the headlining and wired in , USB is wired in and all cable has been run into the engine bay . Unfortunately rain has now stopped play 🙁

Just tacked my bar extensions on! Now just to properly weld it up then get it painted

upper ball joints threw in a camber shim on the ns, fitted my new filter, had a quick look at my oil leak its pissing out somewhere after i had the belt and crank n cam seal done, need to clean it and have a proper look tomorrow
