Today I have sorted my crap radio reception, turned out that the only thing earthing the stereo was a ring terminal resting on the ashtray surround. Also swapped the cigar lighter for a permanently live USB socket charger and added another to the back of the centre console.

Aand, looked at the front bumper for mounting my light bar, assume the metal underneath is the structural bit of the bumper - how hard is removal to get better access?

turns out it was just "a" leak not "the" oil leak time to bite the bullet and do the crank seal again or see if works will do it again. trouble is i had a full gasket set for free as it was unused on a engine job when the motor never got rebuilt and was just sat in the stores gathering dust, so i said to the guy doing it throw them seals in while the belts off, so a favour gone wrong good news is i can get a new one for like £1.20

did my crank seal today after having it done with the belt and it started to leak...
might had a lil run and it was dark may have seen a drip forming on the sump lip
looks like ill be doing it again i did notice the oil pump drive had a score mark where the seal sits so ill be changing that aswell.
thought id do my drop link bushes snapped the nut off so just removed the bar for now but still got a knock either lower bj or arm bushes. and my cvs are split with alot of endfloat on the o/s.
this things starting to make a 90 attractive lol
